About our café
Opened in June 2023 the Wee Isle Café serves simple take away food, coffees and ice cream. The artisan ice cream is our own Wee Isle Dairy Ice Cream made on the island at Tarbert Farm by Don. In the ice cream counter, you can find all of our usual flavours – Traditional, Strawberry, Chocolate, Mint Stracciatella etc and now and again you can find some flavours such as Honeycomb, Rum & Raisin and Matcha & Stem Ginger. The milk used in our coffees is our own Wee Isle Dairy Whole Milk pasteurised and bottled by Emma & Sean on the island at Tarbert Farm. You can also find our glass bottled milk in our drink’s fridge. Head over to our Milk page on the website for more information about our milk products.
The café has a small seating area downstairs, with larger tables and bench seats on the mezzanine level. There are also picnic benches outside to sit and enjoy the view with your food. Free wi-fi available for all our customers.
